By accessing or using photoboothformitzvah.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bat Mitzvah Photo Booth.
Bat Mitzvah Photo Booth provides a web-based gallery where mitzvah guests can upload photos, videos, and messages via a QR code. Families pay a one-time fee for a fixed hosting period (currently 6 months). The Service is a digital product delivered online — no physical goods are shipped.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and messages you upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence ends when your content is deleted.

All payments are processed by Creem (Creem Global Ltd), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Creem is the legal seller of record for your purchase. Creem handles:
"CREEM" or "Creem Global" may appear on your bank or card statement. We never see or store your full card details — all payment data is handled directly by Creem.
By completing a purchase, you also agree to Creem's Buyer Terms of Service. Our Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.
The current price for Bat Mitzvah Photo Booth is displayed on our homepage and checkout page. Prices may change, but any change will not affect purchases already completed. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Creem based on your location.
Your gallery is hosted for 6 months from the date you activate it. You may purchase early and activate when you are ready. We send email reminders at 30 days and 7 days before your gallery expires. After expiry, all data (photos, videos, messages) is permanently deleted within 30 days. We strongly recommend downloading your gallery as a ZIP backup before the hosting period ends.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all related materials, is owned by Bat Mitzvah Photo Booth and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to content ownership, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bat Mitzvah Photo Booth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your purchase.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bat Mitzvah Photo Booth and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers with active galleries. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
