Refund Policy

1. Product type

Bat Mitzvah Photo Booth is a digital product — a one-time purchase for a web-based mitzvah guest gallery with a fixed hosting period (currently 6 months). There is no subscription and no recurring charge. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Full refund window — 14 days

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your mitzvah has not yet taken place. No questions asked — simply email us and we will process the refund.

This 14-day window applies regardless of whether you have activated your gallery. If you have activated it, your gallery and all uploaded content will be deleted upon refund.

3. After your mitzvah

Once your mitzvah celebration has taken place, refunds are no longer available. Your gallery remains active for the full hosting period included in your purchase. We stand behind our service — if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the gallery at your mitzvah, please contact us and we will work to find a fair resolution.

All refunds are processed through Creem (Creem Global Ltd), our Merchant of Record. Creem handled your original payment and will process the refund to the same payment method. Typical processing time:

6. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback (dispute) with your bank. We resolve most issues directly, faster, and without the complications of a formal dispute process. Chargebacks incur processing fees from payment providers, and unresolved disputes may affect your ability to use Creem-powered services in the future.

As Merchant of Record, Creem reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its discretion to prevent chargebacks.

7. Exceptions

In rare circumstances (e.g. the Service was completely unavailable on your mitzvah date due to an issue on our end), we may offer a refund or credit outside of the standard policy. These are handled on a case-by-case basis — please reach out and we will do our best.
